Water cannas are generally hardy in zones 8b - 11 and are cherished for their tropical looking foliage topped with an available array of sunset colored flowers which sit perched atop the foliage mass. A native to Florida & some Gulf states, Canna flaccida has a common green foliage with yellow flowers which is often said to almost resemble large daffodils. Growing between 2-4' tall, Canna flaccida an be grown in sun to part shade in rich moist garden soil.
