Hymenocallis caribaea is commonly known as the Spider lily has attractive upright foliage when not in bloom, but really comes alive when it blooms showy white flowers which resemble a mix of a bog lily and a daffodil. The Spider Lily has a clumping style growth habit reaching 1-2' tall and is hardy in zones 7-11 depending on winter protection.
