Joe Pie Weed is a 6-8' tall yet graceful plant which prefers moist areas and has a tolerance for a variety of soils. A staple in any rain garden or butterfly garden this plant will attract loads of beautiful butterflies and pollinators atop its large clusters of pinkish purplish flower heads. Works alone or as a background plant and works particularly well in moist meadows, wetlands, ditches, and in basins.
