Mimulus ringens
Monkey Flower
Monkey Flower produces deep to pale blue to lavender colored flowers with an attractive yellow center. It's named for the flower's resemblance to a monkey's face. The flowers are about an inch across and produced in mass, making this a favorite wildflower. Plants average about 2-3 feet tall and bloom from early to late summer.
