Creeping Spearwort
Creeping Spearwort is found in wet soils and is particularly common in moist forests, stream banks, and along the shores of rivers, ponds and lakes. This low growing perennial produces buttercup-like flowers from May to July. This rare PA native is proposed for listing under Pennsylvania Wild Plant Act.
