Canna variegata ‘Pretoria’ is commonly known as the variegated water canna. 'Pretoria' is a gorgeous water-tolerant canna with pronounced yellow and green stripes, almost banana-like foliage, topped with large orange flowers streaked magnificently with red. Water canna is generally hardy in zones 8b - 11 and is cherished for it's tropical looking foliage and array of sunset colored flowers which perch atop the foliage mass.
