Nymphaea 'Sioux' is one of the earliest bloomers in spring and flowers stay open until late in the day! The star shaped flower of N. 'Sioux' changes color from yellow-orange to rosey-orange over 3 days. Stamen are golden yellow and orange. Flowers are up to 5-6" across and fragrant. Glossy green leaves with purple/brown flecked edges fade as leaf matures. Leaves have a wide open V sinus to 9".
