Nelumbo sp. 'Charles Thomas'

Nelumbo'Charles Thomas.'  An excellent medium to large cultivar.  Ideal for a larger pool.   Lavender-pink flowers 6-8".  New flowers have a light licorice scent! On a dark night stars will be reflected in the water droplets collected on the large blue - green leaves.  Leaves 14-22" provide cooling shade to fish below. Plant height is 2 - 3'.  N. 'Charles Thomas' was the first lotus to receive a US patent (1986).
